I know the dynamics of the web and as a strategic analyst I define, together with the partners, the objectives, the preliminary analysis, the features and the cost estimates. I was responsible for designing the online magazines and and the online department store while working for Arnoldo Mondadori Editore.

I improve the user experience in order to build products that are both effective and easy to use. In YOOX Group I coordinated the design of, the leading virtual store for multi-brand fashion in the world, as well as of the mono-brand stores.

I am a digital and web project manager with more than 10 years of experience in managing teams of developers and designers in complex projects, according to the objectives agreed upon with the client, strict deadlines and within budget. I worked for H-art (a WPP company) in coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors and consultant for several Italian and international clients.

I also deal with training and tutoring in addition to participating as a speaker at conferences and events. I am a journalist and I write about user experience and project management for several print and online publications. In 2002 I founded Fucinaweb, the first website in Italy that deals with these topics.
